At North Sydney English College we welcome Education Agents of
all nationalities to send students for education in Australia.
If you would like to become registered agent with North Sydney
English College, please
fill out the agent representative form and email
it or fax it back to +61 2 8263 1237.
A representative from North Sydney English College will contact
you to confirm your application and then process the Agent Agreement.
All student applications must have the relevant details under
our enrolment requirements in order to accept an application for
a student.
When you become a registered agent, you will receive an authorisation
letter and certificate.

Helpful tips for agents:
Q: If I wish to find out if my student has paid their next
installment who do I contact?
A: Contact Accounts Receivables at receivable@teg.com.au
State the following information:
1. Students Name
2. Which college enrolled
3. What they are study (Course Name)
We will reply back to you in a few days.
Q: If I wish to advertise in newspapers with your logos do
I need approval?
A: Yes, we must see copy of your advertisement. Email it to
info@teg.com.au
Q: If I wish to do radio, TV, billboard advertising in my
country can I call for support?
A: Yes of course, as long as there is commitment from agent side
to deliver the required students.
Q: As an agent what do I need to explain to students?
A: You need to make sure that:
1. The students read and understand the student
handbook and pre-enrolment info.
2. The students understand the enrollment process, sign the application
form and acknowledge the enrolment agreement.
3. You explained course requirements, course outcomes, course
description, course outline, course prerequisites, including minimum
English proficiency for VET enrolments
4. Students understand their payment schedule of fees & pay
on the due dates
5. You clearly explained when the course starts, what time students
need to attend orientation, and College deferral policy.
6. You clearly explained visa conditions and students obligations.
Q: If I run out all brochures and need some more what do I
do?

and request brochures with full address details.
Q: If I wish to become a registered agent what shall I do?
A: Download agent representative form, fill it in, scan it and
email to info@teg.com.au
Q: How long after I have signed the agreement will I get my
copy of the agreement, certificate of authority and brochures
to promote?
A: About 2 weeks
Q: If I wish to arrange a student seminar in my office can
I call for support for brochure etc.
A: Yes, please contact your designated marketing manager or email
to info@teg.com.au
Q: If I wish to print your brochures in my country using your
artwork what shall I do?
A: Email to info@teg.com.au to request the artwork and other
relevant details.
Q: If I like to place a large standup banner in my office
of your company will you provide one or shall I print it?
A: Both either way we can work on this.
